Ø      ADDING POPULATION TO THE EMPTY TOWNS:

March 9th :  Currently working on figuring out what the population for each town will be, what shopper types there will be, and what percentage each type of shopper will make up in the total number of shoppers.

April 13th:  Towns are now populated and the shoppers have shopping lists.

Ø      IMAGES FOR THE Shoppers TEAM:

March 9th :  Started with images however must wait until town population is complete.

March 23rd:  Currently have 15-20 pictures ready.

                      Two people from the Images Team will have access for uploading the images.

March 30th:  Photos have been taken.  About half are cut out.

March 9th :  They currently have some example/rough draft lesson plans.

April 6th:  Brought a completed lesson plan to class.  Some improvements still need to be made:

·         Need a place for students to write their name

·         Fix some grammar errors

·         Fix some word errors

Ø      TECH SUPPORT, HELP DESK, AND INSTALLATION TEAM:

March 9th :   Needs to know what operating systems they are dealing with.

Ø      TEACHER SURVEY TEAM:

March 9th :  They currently have a rough sample of questions.  They would like the teachers to question the students on how to improve the game so we don’t have to poll the students directly in order to keep it anonymous.

March 23rd:  Currently narrowing down the questions and which are most suitable to ask.

March 30th:  Bring a progress report on Thursday.

April 1st:  Have a version 2 of the questions, however still trying to figure out which questions are relevant

April 6th:  Wants the class to evaluate the survey.  They have a draft of a teacher evaluation form.  Teachers will grade the aspects of the game on a 1 to 5 level.  There are also open-ended questions:

·         What age is the game appropriate for?

·         Did the students learn from it?

·         Was it to much work for the benefits it provided?
